This is a two-part paper that appeared in Issues 43 and 44 (2002). Part 1 is 20 pages and Part 2 is 24 pages. IE Editor Bill Zebuhr said these papers "might be the best material written in physics."

From the Preface: "Dirac's Equation has profound implications both for science and for the search for new energy. If we continue to use the wrong model (and the Standard Model is profoundly wrong) we will continue to get confusing results that are difficult to replicate..."
