From the Introduction: We live in a time when the behavior of many-body atom systems has become a major forefront field of physics. An exciting part of this field is the development of techniques by which a collection of atoms can be made to act like a single entity, called a Bose-Einstein condensate or superfluid. Fundamental to this behavior is the idea of "particle indistinguishability." As a result of this, the particles making up the superfluid can be said to be entangled.
